"I purchased 4 weanling rope halters on 9/1/2017. I paid $14. to ship them quickly because I needed them this weekend. I have been calling them for 3 days and never able to get a human on the phone. My 3rd call was today and after waiting 20 minutes and being the 3rd caller in line, I finally got to the 1st caller in line and voice mail came on saying they could not answer my call and leave a message. I began my message and it hung up on me.
It has been 9 days and I still cannot get an answer from them as to whether they have been shipped. I went online thru their customer service "chat" since I could not get anyone on the phone and they finally emailed me today "my order is still being processed and I will get an email when it ships"! This is the first time I have ever ordered from this company and will be the last. In comparison I ordered another set of halters from Big D's Tack on the same day and they arrived on 9/5/2017. Now that was good customer service.

"These guys are terrible! They claimed to have a sleeping bag in stock and I ordered it. Come to find out what IN STOCK means to these people is that its in a warehouse somewhere, not necessarily even their warehouse.
I was all set to leave in a few days on a camping trip to the high country with my pup. Since she froze her butt off last time I was getting her a sleeping bag.
When I got an email back from customer service informing me that the bag weighed 36 lbs, I knew something was fishy so I tried calling them. It took 3 calls over the ENTIRE week before I finally got an employee with a pulse who was able to tell me that this item was discontinued. They did not even have the producers name or their contact info!
So to sum up - Horseloverz.com took my money right away for an item they not only didnt have, they dont even know who makes it. This fact only came to light because I called them multiple time over the course of a week. THAT is really bad service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company for all your horse as well as non-horse needs."
