"The real stars are minus 5 stars thats how bad they are. When I tell you they are a ripe off they are just that. First their products are made badly, probably from chinese children. Second they charge .98 on shipping for route shipping protection, that right there tells you they are a rip off. They want you to pay 98 cents for shipping protection when they should pay for that. If items get damage or lost it's not up to me to pay for protection, if they want protection then pay for it, don't pass that on to me! NEVER have any company charge for route shipping protection total RIP OFF. And their shipping fees are like double than others companies. So if you see a deal on their site hurry up and click off, you might think your getting a deal but really your buying badly made products with a real hassle to return anything, plus they will charge you a restocking fee, which you find out only after you buy. Last this is when you know your dealing with a con they send you a email telling you you get $100 when you do their survey, LMAO you get forward to a magazine section where you can order up to $100 of magazine like I said TOTAL RIP OFF! "I have been importing supplies from the USA, China and Europe for 35 years and during this time I have never experienced such disgusting service from any supplier! On placing my order for several sizes of plant pots, I confirmed that my order was for export via a freight forwarder. When the order finally reached the forwarder, the necessary export documents were missing. On contacting the company via email as there is NO way of contacting them by telephone, they refused to supply the required documents stating that they do not export and that they had fulfilled the delivery requirements to the forwarder. When I finally received the order in my warehouse, the sealed plastic bags of pots were full of dry leaves and what made it worst, I received incorrect sizes of pots to what was ordered and paid for. I have emailed the company with my major concerns but they are not interested stating they shipped what was ordered and blamed the leaves in the "sealed" bags on my shipper! I will NEVER order from this company again and I regret doing so in the first place! Unfortunately I never thought of reading the reviews! I strongly advise anyone reading my review to do the right thing and stay far from any dealings with this company, seriously! They should NOT be allowed to operate!"

This is by far the WORST website you can order ANYTHING FROM. This is the 2nd time they completely screwed me on a $1000 order. The delivery guy didn't even call me or have me sign, he just dropped the stuff off on my front porch, missing over HALF THE ITEMS, NO INVOICE or ANYTHING. No way to contact customer service to get my money back. Freight people say call Horticulture source. There is NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY. "Purchased the product (11 items) on 4/12; got email confirming purchase but NONE WHATSOEVER on shipping! Good thing I signed up and was able to check my order; it said shipped- but no tracking! Fedex Tracking finally appeared on April 20 (when it was shipped) and arrived on April 26-- BUT ALAS! Only 2 of the 11 items were in the box; no updates, no indication of when the rest of the items will be shipped-- when I ordered, I made sure the items were available and NOT BACKORDERED, so it can't be because of this.

"I spent over $2000 the first item that came in was the wrong item and they would not take it back without me paying for the shipping and "restocking fee. Their shipping fees area outrage. They both having the cheapest prices but once you pay the shipping handling and some extra fee for the seller it's actually more expensive. I went to htg supply in my own town and it was 50% cheaper for the exact same items. I also didn't have to deal with any rude people because let me tell you the guy from horticulture source who felt with my complaint was a ****!!!! they have no customer service skills whatsoever ! and when you ask to speak to the manager they just stop responding. sent multiple invoices of the same exact items just in different order and different prices so it looks like I have put in 12 orders when really I only made three orders period after spending all that money I haven't gotten any of my stuff because suddenly it was on backorder. it's really weird because it didn't say back order when I ordered it."

"I ordered several items and wasn't too happy about the shipping fee but figured it would be fine considering it was for shipping multiple items. WRONG. They sent me emails assuring me they were working on my orders then I even got tracking numbers letting me know order has been packed and shipped but when I followed the tracking #, UPS website said shipment cancelled. Then I would get emails updating me with new tracking numbers, but low and behold, also shipment cancelled by vendor. Then i get an email again, notifying me all items except 1 are "out of stock," oh and they've already shipped that 1 item I should receive it today. I think they are purposefully trying to cheat people out of money in this way: you pay a high shipping fee for several items, they cancel your items except for maybe one or two but you are not notified of any changes to your order until it is too late and you cannot cancel, by then you will have paid the shipping fee ($25 in my case) but will only receive an item worth a few bucks. AVOID this company, it will save you a headache."

This is the absolute reason for me NOT to purchase from your company now OR in the future.
I opted to purchase my items through another company with comparable pricing and the shipping was only $9.99 compared to your insane DLW Ground Home Delivery charge of $43.23. And... My package included other items besides the saucers I acquired. Furthermore, the company is located in the same time zone as you.
That being said, perhaps is time to re-think some of your methods to handle situations such as mine.
If a customer has a problem giving you money for goods... You should be there immediately to assist that customer. IT IS JUST SMART, GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

I tried to access website to request return/refund and the site was not functioning properly. "I tried to order an item online. They had the cheapest total price, at the checkout my shipping price jumped from $84.00 to $228.00. Tried to call them, unfortunately, they don't due any communications by phone, they refer to their website. I think I know why, they could't carry an intelligent and honest conversation on the phone, that is why emails only. They would't honor their price match guarantee on the total price, which is clearly written in the email which they sent to me. It clearly written in the email. Stay away from them, don't support their business and let your friends know about it.
Please note we match and beat prices including total with shipping.
