"I never received tracking number that I could use to track my package, so when I called after 2 weeks of not receiving the shipment, they couldn't find whether it had shipped or not. Just a head's up for consumers, their sizing is incorrect. I ordered a Youth medium (10-12) and got a Youth small (7-8). In any apparel company or store, a youth medium is a 10-12. The worst part is that they refused to send me the right size after I stated that I was happy to send the other back and possibly wait...another 2 weeks?!? Ridiculous outfit."

Need I mention I had to call several times to get a hold of customer service because they will not except a return without an return authorization. Finally spoke with someone at the retail store so I could send the item back. Never wore the item still had tags and they sent me an email saying the item is damaged and they cannot refund me. This website is a scam to make people purchase their merchandise. I will never ever ever ever buy anything from this site again!"
"Place an order on December 8th the order says processed, waited 2 weeks to call the phone number says to leave a message they are only open 3 days a week from 8 to 3 no one ever answers the call. I have called over 50 times left multiple messages and have not received a phone call or an email back. At this point I don't even think they are a legitimate company."

"I ordered on March 24, 2016 and never got a confirmation. I left a voice message. Who ever heard of a place that is open 10:30 - 4:00 eastern 4 days a week and closes earliler on Fridays ? Not open on weekends? Ridiculous!!!! Called during business hours and they still didn't answer. I finally went to my log in and found that they only correspond through their website - never heard of that before! Now when I tried to log on it seems that my password doesn't work. I finally got one of my items and the slip says the other one will be shipped separately. It never came so I called their 888 number and - get this @#$%^&* the recording says that they will be closed during Passover!!!! huh? that was over a week. What kind of a business is this? Yesterday ended Passover. Still don't have my item, can't get into the website, no answer on the phone. Yes, I am fuming. Worst experience ever.
