Hostlatte customer since 2017...

"The best thing about Hostlatte is their very quick support. Since I joined in 2017 I have 10+ support tickets. Most of them are to help me do something such as DNS Zones help, FTP Server, etc. I think two tickets in 4 years with HL are due to website down. But even those were due to SSL certificates. All my tickets are solved in 2-4 hours if not quicker.

Very happy customer of Hostlatte and their web hosting services.

"Hostlatte is the Worst Company I have come across in a long time. Renewed my Domain via pay pal. Was told payment wasn't received and asked to file dispute even after sending PayPal receipt. Website is now in redemption period. Only useful information from “Customer Service” was an email to cancel the dispute as they had found the funds. Customer service to them is really simple and consists of “No “/ “can’t help “. Hostlatte should teach a course on what not to do. I would take Horrible over hostlatte and still come out ahead."

"This is one of the most incompetent and dishonest companies I have ever dealt with. No customer service what so ever. No phone or email support. Can only deal with them via tickets which is frustrating given they have so many issues. I was a client for more than a year and service was down MOST of the time. I had automatic payment setup via paypal. Paypal will notify me that the payment has gone through but Hostlatte will advise that payment is over due. They would suspend my service every time when that happened. Fought with them a million times and was always promised that this would never happen again but it kept on happening. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Go with more reliable hosting companies like godaddy or netfirms. "

"Well, I'm using Hostlatte.Com to host my websites, I agree they had some issues previously and all my websites were down. They had some network issues and they fixed an issue recovered from it with the best services we can expect from the host. Nice server speed, friendly and intelligent support team who solves my issues in minutes, affordable servers with better security, all I want is my websites should be up all the time and yes with hostlatte they are up and good now.

"This is not reliable and not trustworthy provider. I have hosted email server with them, they were NOT able to provide uninterrupted service even for email! Common issues: emails are not delivered - connection is ok but when send/receive nothing comes, or cannot connect to POP3 server at all; support is not good either. I would only imagine how much more frustration would cause hosting website with them... And yes, do not count to get "unconditional" refund from them when things go wrong."

"I left JustHost.com in January 2013 because Hostlatte had a special and the pricing was very attractive. Initially, support and customer service was very responsive and wonderful.

In August, their servers malfunctioned and it took them two weeks to completely get back online. When the servers were accessible - customers [and mine] data were inaccessible and was not fully restored.

During the ordeal, there were a chat storm on their Facebook page. Lots of customers complained and instead of addressing their customers concerns, they deactivated their FB wall.

During the issue - I was very patient. I finally logged in in September to see if my sites were back and fine... They were not. I contacted them and tried to get a refund because they promised 99.99% up-time and with customer satisfaction guarantee or money back - they did not live up to their promise and are being difficult in returning my money. It has been over a month and I have not seen anything.

Any time I updated my ticket with them, they reply with a fast one sentence answer or informs me there's nothing wrong and they confirmed it. For example, I had noticed that my WordPress sites were not longer working. So I checked their "Softaculous" and did not see the WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla (Pro Softaculous additions) any where. A week later, I get a response that they stated "We're running Pro version, not free". I logged in to my Cpanel and saw that Wordpress was now available for install under Softaculous.

I also paid for SSH access - which never even worked.

It's October, one month from the date I requested a refund - I now have initiated a credit card dispute and hope my credit card company can get the money back from this terrible company.

You all should stay away.

"I have had several issues in the past with hostlatte, for example, the standard wordpress installation not working etc. The emails and site were down on couple of occasions but came back up within hours so I ignored it.
But this time, the emails and site has been down for FOUR days. There was minimal communication from hostlatte on when it would be restored. Now they have restored the website to the January version! All my later changes are lost.
Don't go by the (manufactured?) positive reviews. I did that and paid the price.

"If you are looking for GREAT Web Hosting, this is the right place to go. I was hosting on Hostgator for a while until I found Hostlatte. The customer service really cares about their customers, and offer as much help as possible! They helped me setup Wordpress and helped me install a few themes! "
