"Ordered taco 007-F5 circulator. Store indicate it was in stock. Received automatic email that is was not in stock. I tried to contact the company to cancel the order but they do not answer the phone and reply slowly to email. I emailed to cancel my order. Instead I was eventually emailed that my item was shipped and could not cancel. When the item arrived it was incorrect, it is a taco 007-F5-IFC instead. This is not useful as it has an integral flow check valve that significantly reduces flow. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM."

"Very shocked with customer service. Company has not returned on my attempts to contact them following a hot water heater delivered to me in irreparable, damaged condition, with minimal packaging. The only message given was that it is being investigated with the shipper. That was six months ago. Company does not give physical address or telephone number on website. The company cannot be found under it's website name. In future I will only do business only with a somehow recognizable business. "
