"Bought a universal circulation pump.. plugged it in to make sure it worked before full install. Discovered the size of outlet and intake were wrong. Called to make an exchange and they refused... claiming that since it had been tested it was now a used pump. I even offered to take a partial credit... but they would not work with me at all. Steer clear... their pricing isn't the best and their service is non existant."

"Placed an order for a in-stock spa filter 2 weeks ago, billed my CC immediately and never shipped my item. Contacted customer service 3 times and no response. "Ordered two pumps and a cover lift from them on November 2. The cover lift arrived in about a week. Called them and they told me pumps were on back order and would ship the following week. 2 more weeks pass without receiving them. Called once more and was told they had just got the pumps and would be getting them out ASAP. On December 20 I called them yet again and was told they shipped out on the 19. I ask for a tracking number and received one then. I will never order from this company again. Communication with them is **** poor. "
"I ordered a part on back in November 2019. The item on the website states that the item is “In stock and ships within 1 business day”….with a delivery time of approximately 5-7 days. I inquired about my product 1 week after the purchase as I didn’t receive a shipment notification. I was told that it should ship the next week. Needless to say… this same response occurred over the next 30 days AFTER my initial order was placed with every associate stating that there is a delay (with no specifics to the cause of the delay). They finally cancelled my order - what a waste of time. The associates felt really bad and encouraged me to just cancel the order because of this bad business practice. I asked to speak to the owner, John… but apparently he doesn’t take these types of calls. I suggest finding a different vendor even if this company is less expensive. You will not get your products."
"I placed an order ten (10) days ago at Hot Tub Warehouse for an in stock, commonly available product. I was supposed to receive it within 5 to 7 days. Although my credit card was charged immediately after purchase, my order still has not shipped!
I have sent Hot Tub Warehouse 3 emails ALL of which have gone unanswered. In addition, I phoned them twice and both time was transferred to voicemail after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes. I left voicemails, with my phone number, on both calls and have never received a return call! Finally I sent them yet another email cancelling my order and requesting that Hot Tub Warehouse immediately credit my credit card account for the purchase amount. I have received no acknowledgment for this latest email either!
I am convinced that Hot Tub Warehouse is just a front to steal your money and not send you what you have ordered. I believe they are nothing but crooks and embezzlers. I finally had to call my credit card company and they credited my account for the purchase amount.
Save yourself some grief and DO NOT purchase from Hot Tub Warehouse."
"A simple order, Chlorine and Test Strips.
The box arrived poorly packaged, w/ no padding or bubble wrap to fill the empty space... 1 Chlorine bottle lid was broken. The test strips were finally taken outside and used this week - no good. They refused to send a replacement and I was made to feel like a criminal for calling them out on their poor service. Customer Service reps there are the most adversarial I’ve ever dealt with, defiant, relishing the opportunity to say no and scare away yet another customer. Avoid this company at all costs. "
