"Because my spa manufacturer was not on the list, I called and ordered over the phone--the service was very good, pleasant and competent. The product came just it should have and appears to be of excellent quality. The only thing that was unexpected was the strap orientation--they were on the front and back, instead of the sides as they were on the old cover. Because of the front platform, these straps did not quite snug the cover down as well as I would have liked. I called the company and the explanation was the strap locations are mandated by regulations, so there was not an option to put them on the sides. The representative offered a discount on the auxiliary wind straps which I accepted. The attitude and assistance offered by the company representative was excellent. I am fully satisfied with this company which is a somewhat unusual experience with either online or brick and mortar companies"
