"I have ordered from the company many times in the past and was very satisfied. This time I was not. I ordered a cover and after the specified time received an email stating my cover had shipped and that I should receive a call within 14 days to schedule delivery. Exactly one month later I got a call with no apology and arranged for delivery. The day arrived for delivery and the driver called me saying he could not bring the cover to my home as be couldn't turn his truck around. I then had drive and meet him to pick up the cover I paid to have delivered!!! Quality service! I will NEVER order from this company again!"
