Even though I called to make sure i understood, watched the video, read twice, I still ended up with my lid opening the wrong way because A (Usually length) B (usually width) is the reverse of the usual formula order of depth x width x length! I would recommend you put the added () in your add for clarity. I also recommend that when one of your employees say you will return the phone call the next day to discuss that you actually call as promised! You did not! "Very dissatisfied. Ordered a cover and it did not have the needed cut out area so my top does not fit. I currently have plastic bags to fill in the spaces. They will not return or exchange it in anyway. I did indicate it was a bahj ha tub and did give exact measurements. What a waste of money. I was then told to sell it on ebay and just order another one. I should have just dealt with people locally. This company is not one to deal with."
