Placing an order on the website

"I was so frustrated with your website. It took 30 minutes to place an order for a Hilton Honors Sign. Josh the online help person a 5 Star. I have to say it was the worst experience in regard to placing an order online. Every time I tried to check-out it would delete my Credit Card Security Code"
