"Very very poor customer service. Receptionist (@April 20, 2:00pm) was very unprofessional. He was rude and right away told that their check-in time is always 2pm where i had a confirmed reservation with 10am. After putting me half an hour on hold, he still to go and check the site where i made reservation. When i told him i have a reservation number and gave him the site name, then i acknowledged the checkin time as 10am EST. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"
