I tried explain to these people that mailed back the items for exchange using the labels they forwarded to me. After two weeks they still do not have the items and solution. I tried to exchange it but they did not have it in a larger size so I returned it. I was couple of days late with the return which customer service said was 30 days. They refused me a refund even though I explained that I had moved and misplaced the package. There is a poor selection on the site and since the garment was not sized correctly, I hesitate to order another style,. After some emailing with customer service, I have decided to file a negative claim, because they did nothing to make me feel welcome, and would not work with me at all. they have the garment, I do not want it back, and there is nothing else I want from them.
