"First, the most recent promo you provided was wrong (I got a message back that it expired last year, though that wasn't true in the email I received with the promo). Then I found a prior promo from two days ago that was still good. But when I entered the promo, I never saw how much that reduced my bill, nor did I have a chance to press "Send" to confirm the sale. I was immediately taken to "Thanks for your order," and I never saw whether the promo worked or not. I never saw the total for which I was charged. Harrumph! "

These are remanufactured inkjet cartridges so you may receive this error message. Please follow our solutions below for the affected cartridge to help the printer recognize the cartridge properly:
1.) If you receive an error that says “Used or Counterfeit Cartridge Detected” please click “No”
2.) Next, you may see an error that says “Used, Refilled or Counterfeit Cartridge Detected.” Please click “Ok” on this window.
3.) Lastly, if you see an error that says, “Previously Used Genuine HP Cartridges Installed,” please click “Ok.”
Your printer should continue to print normally. If the problem persists, please let us know ASAP and we will send you your free replacement immediately.
