"Several months ago I ordered this same pack of toner off of Amazon. The color cartridge had a dent in it on the gold strip that the printer reads. I tried cleaning it per the instructions, but the printer wouldn't recognize it. I contacted you and never got a response. So I finally went to Amazon. I had read in the reviews about your company that when someone else had the same problem you sent them another cartridge pack for free. Amazon will let me return it, but I have to return both cartridges in order to get a refund.. I already used the black one. So I was pretty disappointed with the non-responsive customer service I got, especially since the Amazon listing says that your cartridges are guaranteed. I was also disappointed that you changed the color cartridge in the listing I always bought from to a cartridge that isn't compatible with my printer. It used to be $13 something for this pack on Amazon, but since you don't carry it there anymore now I have to pay double for it on your website. "
