"I love you guys and the whole concept of your business. Whenever I have an issue, you quickly correct it with no cost to me and life goes on. As mentioned in the heading, the price is excellent as well but I still have one issue. The last several times I have ordered cartridges I order 2 at a time. One to be used immediately and one as a backup. On several occasions, the ink had dried up on a brand new remanufactured cartridge. You guys replaced it right away with no problem but in opinion, this could be avoided. Then on other occasions, the backup cartridge will be dried out by the time I get to use it after the original cartridge runs out. Wouldn't vacuum sealing the bags help prevent the ink from drying out? I'm just wondering, but whatever method, if there is one, works to keep the ink from drying out and providing the cartridges with a much longer shelf life would serve you and your customers well, and save you money I would hope, but most importantly, provide a much higher level of consumer trust for your service. People get discouraged from having to return and exchange items too often and eventually will migrate to something else.
