"I contacted Houzz as the retailer of a product I bought that broke. They told me they were unsuccessful contacting the company who makes the product and suggest I contact them on my own (which I did and they replied right away)... then Houzz suggested a replacement part for me. Houzz sent me a special link for a replacement part order. It was a few dollars away from free shipping, I asked for free shipping, they said no. I asked if the replacement part could be returned if not the issue/not needed and they said yes. What they sent me was not even close to being the reason my product was broken so I needed to return the replacement part. They asked for $11 in return shipping fees. I had to complain and detail my experience with Houzz in order to get return shipping fees waived. The process is still ongoing....ridiculously poor customer service. I will never order from Houzz again."
