"I've learned not to set my expectations too high with companies like Houzz that source from cheap off-shore manufacturers. I got what I expected. The assembled products are fine. The hardware was poor; very soft stainless steel fasteners that stripped way too easily. Some of the pre-drilled holes were too big, so the fasteners don't hold in the wood. Etc., etc. The chairs are comfortable. Hopefully they'll last for a while."
