"I received my end table Friday, it came damaged. I contacted customer service who asked me to take pictures of the table, interior of the box, exterior of the box which I did. They sent me an email link to respond with the photos which I did. I haven't heard back from them as to what the next move is. I asked for a replacement table."

"I ordered a walk-in tub. The price was good compared to other websites. It has not been installed, yet. So, it's too soon to tell about the functionality. The delivery was quick. However, the shipping box was very damaged. We did open the box to examine the tub, it appeared to be fine but, we won't know until it is installed. Also, the chrome pieces were made of plastic so I'm not sure how durable it will be, fingers crossed. "

"It has only been a week since it arrived, but impressive thus far. Arrived extremely well packaged and very easy assembly. Had a few questions on maintenance and direct email link to distributor on Houzz site was very helpful, as has been the distributors responses. Could use enclosure on how to best seal and protect, especially in humid climates, but internet search has been helpful. 5 stars so far from me on the entire experience.

"The basket was 3 inches shorter than it was suppose to be so I wanted a replacement or a refund. I waited 2 days and a rep at Houzz told me they still hadn't heard back from their retailer. At that point I told Houzz I wanted a refund. The person I spoke with said I needed to keep waiting. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said no supervisor was available, they were all on other calls. I said I'd wait on hold (I'd already spent over an hour trying to resolve this problem). He hung up on me. I called back and immediately asked for a supervisor. This guy was able to immediately find me a supervisor by the name of Jen H. She was FANTASTIC. She issued me (emailed me) a return label and promised she'd follow up with me. I mailed the basket back the next day and within a couple of days I heard from Jen H. again. She has processed my return. I would have NEVER purchased from Houzz again had I not connected with Jen H. She was efficient, knowledgable and apologetic about all the time I'd spent on hold with three different Houzz reps trying to get the problem sorted. She did exactly what an excellent customer service rep should do and I will definitely buy from this company again because of her great service."
