"BEWARE of this company. This is a SCAM. We decided to use their trial to see how the tool works and their sales rep Paul Rios even offered a second month FREE to try... Well we used the tool for and since first week we knew it was not working.. it is expensive and had a lot of errors. We said from week 2 we did not want to continue with the tools and by the 5th week of the FREE TRIAL we requested a cancellation. We got an email from hubspot accepting cancellation and now 6 months later we get a call from lawyer asking us to PAY the entire year of something we NEVER USED and we cancelled!!!!! on top of that the r4epresentative Paul Rios sent offensive emails using insulting language. If you were thinking of trying Hubspot think again or you may end up like our company having to pay over $15,000 for something we just tried for 5 weeks. "
