Terrible parts customer service.

"Ordered a part online and went to pick it up .
I explained that I don’t have the receipt. He was not helpful. Told me I have to find the receipt. I offered everything for him to look for me . He said go find the receipt. The manager came , I give my name and email and he found it within 5 seconds.
Gentleman was very rude to me .
