"Upon ordering, sufficient packing materials to prevent damage to books was requested, but the order was sent in a box that allowed the books to shift around enough to bend pages and damage spines of several books. As the policy of this company is to make the customer responsible for all shipping charges when returning even books damaged in the shipping process, and since I paid quite a bit to have them shipped out here, and it would cost at least the same to ship them back, I have instead decided not to support this company again by ever ordering another book from them. It's a very short-term business model to treat customers in a disrespectful way. A company might initially save some money, but losing future business is also quite expensive. Word of mouth is excellent advertising, and a company that wishes to retain customers long-term really ought to consider treating all customers with respect. I could not honestly recommend this bookseller to anyone."
