"IT'S A RIPOFF/SCAM...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING.
I didn't do my research and am paying the price, learn from my mistake and don't do business with these thieves.
Ordered the Olde English humidor cabinet on 3/9/13 (order total over $1000). Received email confirmation immediately from them but then nothing else. After nearly a month I emailed them and got a "we're checking with shipping" email response and then, surprise, nothing else. I tried calling (straight to voicemail), emailing, etc...No response.
I called my credit card company and disputed the charge which will now take another month.
Avoid this company like the plague. I will from now on. "
"I placed an orden for a humidor on february 14. I paid $10 for ground shipping, 3-5 business days. After about two weeks, I contacted them by email because I hadn't receive the humidor yet. This was on a Thursday and they replied to me right away, stating I would have it the coming Tuesday. The following Wednesday, since I still hadn't receive anything, I emailed again. I asked for a refund so that I could purchase elsewhere. I had bought some expensive cigars the same day I purchased the box and I explained to them my concern on these cigars going bad due to not being properly stored. They replied to me two days later, on Friday, apologizing for the delay and they said it would be shipped right out and that the shipping charges would be refunded to compensate for any inconvenience caused. So a week later, still nothing. This past Friday I emailed them again asking for a tracking number and an explanation, with no response. I honestly don't know what the delay is, but they should be out of business if they can't meet the clients expectations and obviously they don't have the products the offer in stock and they just keep lying to their customers. I am not a cigar expert, and the humidor and cigars purchased a month ago, are a gift but they're probably not good anymore and I am still sitting waiting for the humidor to arrive, so that I can finally give them away. This company should be taken out of business altogether."
"This company has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau!!! I was one of their recent victims because I didn't do my homework before ordering. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, you will most likely never see it and will have to spend a lot of time getting your cash back! This is a SCAM company. You know right away something is wrong because they process your payment and don't communicate an order confirmation or tracking info. They do not respond to calls or emails. Buyer beware - shop somewhere else! If you've been ripped off by them call your credit card company and file a complaint with BBB and Nevada State Attorney General's Office. "
"I ordered a humidor on December 21. I emailed on January 3 to check the status, and they responded that it had not been shipped yet, but that they would ship it the next day. I emailed again on January 9 to check on the status, and they again told me it would ship the next day. The next day I noticed that the exact same item was being promoted on their website as an item with free shipping, so I emailed to request that they give me the free shipping, since I could simply cancel my old order, order it again, and get the free shipping. Instead of giving me the free shipping, they canceled my order and sent me a refund. End result: three weeks after my order was placed the item had never been shipped, the order ended up being canceled, and my husband never got his Christmas present. Fairly ridiculous for a business whose entire purpose is to process and ship online orders. Side note: I also called their customer service number three times throughout this ordeal, and each time got sent straight to voice mail. Needless to say, I will never order from this website again."
