I did not want to write this but....

"I tried to order a mx85 twice. In the past I ordered 1 mx 85 license and thats all I have ever ordered from them. I am using it daily and have no issue with it as it is doing what I heed it to do. In this case I am trying to order a physical mx85 and the proper licensing with it as I had a pleasant experience in the first round. I like to reward good experiences with customer loyalty. Unfortunately I have places and order for the same items twice now and the result has been the same. Refunds. I have not asked for refunds, I was issued refunds. To the credit of HummingBird Networks they accepted the order but the payment processor rejected the order. I have about $8,000 **** in pending funds due to these two orders being on hold. I will have to use another card to purchase the equipment from another vendor until these funds release. The payment processor says my billing address is unreliable and that I have 5 chargebacks. Both lies. My only issue with hummingbird at this point is I asked them to advocate for me with their payment processor to get this order pushed through as they have acknowledged I have only ever ordered a single license and never have refunded. They see it in their records and dont dispute that. I asked them to advocate for me with their payment processor to that end and they refused. I will change this review if they ever do and report back the final experience honestly. At this point this is the complete story but i hope it doesnt end this way. The one star review is a reflection on a cold "No" when I asked for help."

"In Stock" Does Not Mean They Have It

"I placed an order for an Nvidia graphics card (an RTX 2080 Super) because Hummingbird Networks' website showed it "In Stock". A couple of days later I got a call and they told me that the item wouldn't actually be available for months. They were polite and honest - getting a refund was no problem - but I still think that "In Stock" should mean "In Stock"."

"We found ourselves frustrated with incorrect orders using a different vendor. We found Hummingbirdnetworks because they had the equipment we were looking for at a good price and they could get it to us quickly so we gave them a try. We received our order quickly as we hoped and it was actually what we ordered. Because of the first experience with them, we immediately placed a follow-up order for more equipment. They have not let us down and we will continue to use them in the future."

"Hummingbird was fantastically helpful. I was buying a router and a switch and had mistakenly ordered two pieces of equipment that were incompatible. They caught it, called me up to clarify what I needed to do, and wound up saving me money as well as getting me equipment that would work. It came quickly and has been working well."
