"Hunt360.net is absolutely the worst place to do business with. They lie, use trademarks illegally and don't honor their warranty. I ordered what was suppose to be an "original" Dell from them on 3-19-2011. After many excuses and lies and after being told the battery would arrive in 5 days I received the battery 3 days short of a month. The battery was a counterfit and was defective and would not charge fully. After many emails back and forth including many delaying tactics and excuses on their behalf they refused to send a RMA#. They then said that if I sent it back they would determine if the battery was defective or not. If they determined the battery not to be defective they would not refund my money. I finally had to file disputes with PayPal and my credit card company to get my money back. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THEIVES!

"I made the mistake of buying a Dell laptop battery off www.hunt360.com / www.hunt360.co.uk. I found them via google and made the mistake of thinking that they were UK based but of course they are in Shenzhen,China. They allowed payment via paypal but they used every Chinese holiday going to delay shipping past the 45 day cutoff to open a dispute with Paypal. When it eventually arrived, it was a dud.

I sent them several emails and they assured me that they would replace the battery. I returned it and that was that: the usual runaround.

They dont reply because of holidays. When they do, they say that they dont know what the issue is. They say they have shipped but when I ask for a shipping number, they cant provide one and the email ping pong goes back to the start. It has been over three months now and still nothing but the runaround.
