"I purchased a pair of Adidas Golf Shoes and did not like the color when I opened up the box. Please keep in mind when you buy anything off of this site you will be getting a 15% restocking charge. That is totally ridiculous. I've purchased shoes via the internet on many occasions and returned multiple pairs WITHOUT any charges until I found the right fit.
This will be the last time I make this mistake."
"Trash. My order was supposed to come with a certain weight, and when it didn’t, and I called them out on it, I was told I need to contact the manufacturer. Last club I’ll ever buy from them. Horrible customer service, accusations of fake clubs, and ignorance of their products should be enough to scare anyone off. Don’t do it. "
"I ordered a club on line. It was $109.00. It was not the club I thought I was ordering. I called and asked if I could send it back and get a refund and a very pleasant lady said, "yes of course". Just checked my bank statement - they only refunded $59.00.

"Ordered 650$+ worth of items. Get an email that one of the items I ordered wasn't actually in stock even thought the website says it is. Also they had a huge advertisement about how they just got new stock of these clubs in. So I ask ok well since you cant send me that one, can you offer me a deal on another club. They said no. So I was like ok, send me a different club. This whole process took 2 weeks because the emails that I were receiving were coming every 2 days. I said fine im good with order but since fathers day is this weekend and I had ordered these clubs 2 weeks ago I need to change the shipping to either overnight or 2 day shipping. So what did they do. They sent it 5-7 day ground. Sent them an email back no response. What a **** waste of time this was. Im going back to rock bottom golf. This was my first time ordering with hurricane and I will never be back. "
"Hurricane delivered the product as promised quickly and correctly. However be warned that unlike many of their competitors they DO NOT have any price guarantee regarding changing prices on their own website and will do their best to not allow you to return a club to get the club at the new price (including a 15%, not $, but % restocking fee).
I bought a new driver from them and 27 days later their reduced the price by over 30%. They would not do a refund or store credit for ANY amount (even if I accepted their 15% restocking fee because I did use the driver once, it was not eligible for return)."
"I purchased a set of Irons 2 weeks ago from Hurricane golf then today they had a sell for 20% off and I asked if they could backdate my order and refund me the difference and they said no. So I asked if I could just return the clubs I ordered and just order new ones at the cheaper price and they told me I would only receive 85% of original back because of a "restocking fee". 15%!!! For a restocking fee! Are you kidding me!? So in the end it would have cost me more. Terrible customer service that they would not adjust the price on things from an order that I just barely received this week. Do not depend on this company to be very customer friendly!!! Do not order from them!!!"
"I've ordered from Hurricane Golf several times and have received great prices and prompt shipment. The web site apparently was bombarded on Black Friday and was quite ill-behaved, so hopefully they will find help and do a little more load testing prior to big events. I was very impressed. The customer service representative answered all my questions. The prices are unbelievable. I like the fact that I had to sign for my order. This prevented the delivery driver from leaving expensive golf equipment on the porch. Overall, the process was proficient, efficient, and a pleasant experience. "
