"I received two driver's side mats in the full set. I called a the sales associate seemed uninterested in helping me. First, she kept telling me it would take a long time (over two weeks) to receive the replacement set and she wanted to give me a refund. I told her it's fine and she kept trying to give me a refund.
I asked her if I could use the ones that were correct and wait for the replacement then send it back with the wrong one so I could protect my brand new truck which is why I bought them. She did not try in anyway to accommodate me. Nice product - terrible customer service. "
