"I ordered my both front seat and back seat liners for my car, which both had a longer than normal manufacturing time due to current events, which is understandable. My backseat liners arrived later than predicted, but still arrived. The front however, were part of a separate shipment and I was told that they would ship within 2-3 business days. 5 business days later and husky told me that they are shipped and gave me a fedex tracking number. FedEx says that it is pending and that all they have is the label. I went to the contact us support page on husky, and only then I saw that the manufacturing facility is closed due to covid-19. I wish i would have been told but whatever, I understand that things are busy and there can be oversights. I then put in a ticket explaining my situation and asking if there is anything I can do or if there is some way to get an update on the second half of my order. I submitted and a day later was sent an email telling me that they will review and respond to my inquiry within a day. It has now been 3 days and the only email I got was one asking me to review my experience with husky, and how satisfied I was with my order. Well, since I got half my order I’m giving two stars, but it seems like my order was forgotten or something like that. I understand that the plant is closed, but receiving an email or notification telling me that and giving me a time frame would have been nice, and also responding to my requests within the time frame specified by them. I’m going to call tomorrow and hopefully someone will pick up the phone. "
