"The ordering process went seamless. The order shipped immediately. The only little glitch was that the carton used on one of the two packages was not strong enough to accomodate 25 pounds. There was a hole in the carton and some of the product leaked out. Need to use a stronger corrugation for heavier products. The other carton had great internal packaging and the carton was strong enough for a lighter product. That one was perfect."
