"Only part of shipment was received. After 3 calls to customer service still have not received remainder of items ordered. They also provided false tracking information. When I checked with Fedex, I was told item was never put on truck. I will absolutely not order from them again."

4/13 update although I have still not received my back ordered items and my company have arrived I did get an apology from Hydropool and a $10. off my nest purchase and $8. off shipping which is nice and appreciated because I will try ordering again they do have nice products. Hopefully my next purchase will go better."
