My most recent attempted purchase makes me conclude: Lazy and dishonest parts department with online sales. Cancelled order of plastic parts claiming that they would require truck freight (well within box sizes & weight for UPS, etc). I have found other dealerships with personnel like this that make up stories when they need to actually order parts from the manufacturer because they aren't on their shelf. Don't waste your time doing business with these people. They obviously don't want to work."
