"We where advised we where going to receive item within 4-7 day. After ordering the item they send me an email indicating the day stating it would not even be sent out 4-7 WORKING DAYS after. This was not a good customer service experience especially when the delivery terms changed after the company received my money and took it out of my account immediately. Even when I called the falling day to make an inquiry with someone on cancellation or even an expedited deliver I only got an answering machine several times. Delivery time frames are not realistic and there’s not way to speak to someone when you need them."
