"Ordered a new chain and bar for my chain saw. Received it promptly as ordered. Only problem is I found it the same oregon bar and chain about $13 dollars cheaper at three different online retailers including Amazon, Equipatron, and Damlow Prices. I sent them a copy of the competitor pricing and asked if they would do a price match and they replied in an email "We're sorry, but at the present time, we do not match competitor pricing." Other than that, I am once again satisfied with them."
