"The order has not been received as they are ordering some NOS parts for me (from one of their suppliers) which takes up to 4 weeks for them to receive. It will take another 2 to 3 weeks to get to me from Hyper Parts location to my house in Canada. I consider this to be average for USPS and Canada Post shipping method I choose..

My dealings with Hyper Parts have been exclusively for chainsaw parts. Many of them are old, discontinued parts that are difficult to find.
Their customer service is the best of any on line company that I have dealt with. Their customer service is consistently superb. They get back to you when questions are asked next day latest and do everything to keep me happy with their company. The prices are good.
If they have the part they are my "go to supplier" for chainsaw parts.
I have found none better. I am one who values customer service and they are one of the best."
