"My name is Leonard S. Fullagar at ****@****. I ordered 3 lawnmower blades and completed the entire order including checkout. When I logged off I received an email notice that the blades were NOT even in stock and that they would not be shipped perhaps for 2-4 weeks. I needed the blades asap and if this had been told to me at the time of checkout, I would have aborted the order and placed the order with another supplier. I am so frustrated as I am on social security and cannot afford to place two orders in order to get these blades. Your process of ordering should greatly improved so this does not happen to your customers. I would appreciate a response to my complaint. "
