"I had bought a new printer but was having trouble getting the driver loaded onto my laptop. I called and the lady said sure bring it by and they would take a look. I got there after work and they hooked everything up and started working on it and said they would call me shortly. Sure enough within a half hour they had it fixed. I went to pick it up and she showed me where the problem was with the program and then proceeded to print a couple items and it worked beautifully. Nice folks and I will certainly do future business with them."

"I've bought many things there. Not the best selection, but probably the best prices in Kansas city area. They are understaffed and it may take up to 30min to get assitance in house, but if you know what you want it's worth the wait. Their in-house tech is great help too, helped me lock down my heat problem and was a good bulls$%*r ;) ++ I visit there weekly, just to talk tech stuff. The other customers are more help then their staff usually. Oh and they were great help when building my computer, i asked for a certain mobo, they didn't have it, but told me where i could get it in town, and then sold me some ram cheaper than the other place. They didn't try to make me buy something i didn't want. "
