The sales agents I dealt with throughout were Paul, Michael, and Adam. All very friendly, helpful, courteous, and prompt. Adam answered each of my emails in a matter of hours. Michael even gave me a courtesy call a few days after I had received the system to make sure everything was perfect. (And it was). Everyone at Hypersonic that I dealt with, whether on the phone or email, was highly professional and well-informed. Although I have not had the need to use Hypersonic’s technical support, I did try the line to check out the wait times. Pickup was instant! Their reps are the same technicians that build their systems which is a breath of fresh air compared to other companies that use off-shore technicians that simply read off manuals. It is extremely difficult to find this level of customer service and I am glad I have found it.

"I have been searching for a high end extreme machine for about one year now. I spent a lot of time looking at this company, Voodoo, and Falcon Northwest in particular. I just recently placed an order with Hypersonic PC noting exceptional products, a decent reputation, and nice price point.
The sales rep I have been working with over email has been VERY timely, often responding within the hour or at least that day. He answered questions succinctly and clearly. It is my hope that the machine will arrive soon and be stable.
Although not as visible per se as Voodoo or FNW, so far I am impressed and satisfied. I will certainly return to rate the overall experience as well as visit other forums to post my experience in detail.

The notebook is marvelous, and was delivered only one day later than the expected date of shipment (faulty LCD display had to be replaced). "Okay, I've decided. HPC is by far the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with.
In early May, I ordered the GX6. I put a guaranteed 10-day delivery on it (paying extra). After the promised delivery date, I decided to finally call them. They informed me that it was not yet ready because they were "testing" it. I figured that things happen, and I was okay with that, but I told them I got the rush because I really needed it by a certain date.
Well, they got really close to that date, and after many calls to their customer service, they finally said they would ship it off, and they rush delivered it no charge (no complaints there).
When I got it, I thought the presentation was nice and it performed well with all of the normal desktop programs. The screen res was awesome, and the speed was comparable to a high-end desktop.
Everything was fine until I started installing the games. I was having all kind of performance issues and texture anomalies.
I called them, dealt with tech support for over 3 weeks (because I never go call backs when promised, and I had to re-explain the problem about 10 times). They had me do all these remedies in which none of them provided results. Finally, they said they'd give me an RMA by the end of the day. I had to call them twice and 4 days later I got them to finally send me one. I just recently got the same laptop back. Same problem as when I shipped it. Good job guys. I so badly would love to just get my money back at this point.
To sum it up, if you like to make frequent calls to customer service, and follow up daily just to get any answers, and you don't mind being out a computer for weeks at a time, Go Hypersonic..."
"I received my Aviator GX6 a few days ago and couldn't be more pleased. The machine is screamingly fast (3.06 Ghz, 128 MB ATI 9000, 1 Gig RAM) and the paint job (Colorshift Gold/Magenta) is flawless. The color isn't quite what's depicted in the photo, but looks great, nonetheless. The label and triangle is not attached fully, so Hypersonic is sending a replacement. Support reps David and Eli are great to work with and have been very helpful. I previously bought from Alienware and the difference is night/day. Hypersonic answers every e-mail question within hours if not minutes, unlike AW which seems to have adopted a policy of evasion and stealth when it comes to answering questions. Once AW has your money, you no longer exist to them. My experience with Hypersonic has been fantastic...my Aviator GX6 is the best computer I've ever owned...and I give Hypersonic my highest recommendation!!"
"System was delivered only a few days after promised date. HPC was very accommodating in responding to customization requests, including a Purple/Green Colorshift paint job on an Aviator GX8 (which looks absolutely STUNNING, by the way). I went into a meeting with the system yesterday, and everyone there wanted to ask about the system, so we talked about it for about 15 minutes before we did anything else in the meeting... I'm satisfied completely with the system's performance and "bling-bling" factor and would recommend HPC as a builder of high-end specialty systems to anyone I know."
