"I attempted to purchase a body part for my Palisade from the parts department at the dealership from which we purchased the car. They tried to charge me 10 percent OVER the MSRP for the part and when I asked why, all he could say was "if I sell it to you at the MSRP, would that earn your business?" HyundaiPartsDeal sold the part so far below the MSRP, I still saved money after paying the shipping charge. I received the part within a week of ordering it. It arrived in the original manufacturer packaging and was the exact part I ordered. "
