"I had to call the 1-800 number to get the part number for the engine oil filter of the 2009 Tucson after failing to find it by querying the VIN# or the make and model of the car. The same goes for the mud flaps for the same car which I was told were discontinued. The person that I talked to also gave me the wrong answer when I asked about the $20 summer coupon and whether it applies to the $120 before or after tax, and his answer was after tax which turned out to be wrong after entering my initial order."
