"I purchased my first iblason case around 5 years ago, I believe. It was when otter boxes were sort of new and a bazillion dollars. I found the iblason on Amazon and figured it was so inexpensive that it was worth giving it a shot.
I have dropped my phone SOOOO many times and it is unbelievable how sturdy that case was. My phone has always stayed near perfect. I try to tell everyone I know to buy one and least give them a chance but it's difficult to convince many people to buy from a company that they don't know. I'm on my third one now (3rd new phone). I absolutely 100% love these cases and although I don't want to jinx anything...I will be a customer for life!! (As long as prices stay the same "

"I have had the I-Blason product for over a year now. No defects in the actual phone case. Works extremely well at keeping out dirt and water. Had my belt holster break a few times and I-Blason sent me a new one every time! Heck after my 3rd one, they sent me two! They were more than happy to assist me and the turn around time for my new holster was less than a week. Extremely satisfied with my $16 Amazon purchase."
"I forgot to put my apartment number on my mailing address so it got shipped here but got sent back since they weren't sure what apt to deliver it to. I emailed them again after i saw my case was shipped back and i was getting concerned cause they hadn't answered in about 3 days. They finally got back to me today and apologized for the delay and promised me a refund and a free case in lieu of the miscommunication and delayed response. My free case is now shipping to my apt and hopefully will be alright.

"If you want to throw your money away, I-blason is the company for you. If (actually when) your case breaks; generally anywhere from 3-10 days, you'll never see your warranty. They become ghosts. If you call, you'll get a recording which directs you to their website because of "unusually high call volume" I'm sure they do get calls because their cases are subpar, customer service doesn't exist and a registered letter, sent to their "corporate office" went unanswered. Please do yourself a huge favor and avoid this company. They DO NOT back up their warranty. If you want to spend $80 for a one day battery case, I-blason is the go to company. I'd give them a negative 5 stars. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. As you can see, everyone has the same complaints so take note and go with a Mophie case! Take complaints to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram so others won't be ripped off!"

"Worst Customer service ever encountered. No response to any inquiries. Good products or bad, they will not last long because they don't follow even the most basic Customer Service models. Good luck if you're trying to get anything our if them. Never reply to emails, voice mails or any other method if contact. Never answer the phone. "
"I ordered a tablet case on 12/16/13 and got an estimated delivery date of 12/20/13 by 8pm. It is now 12/27/13 and still no package. USPS tacking reveals the package has not entered their system yet so they cannot track a package that doesn't exist. Several emails to the seller i-Blason have all gone un-answered. The phone number on their website is just a recording. Avoid this seller!"
