"On December 3, 2015, I signed up for a PMP class, and shelled out $1,275. I had to reach out to them multiple times, with only fuzzy response on when and where he class would be held. They gave me an address of a local hotel and seminar venue. I called the venue the day before to see if the class had been scheduled, and they had no confirmation.
I reached out to the company, and they said, "oh, our trainer got very sick." I accepted this, and they offered a web-based training, which I declined. They then offered the January class, and once again I called on the venue he day prior, and once again, they had no knowledge of a seminar reservation. I emailed the company, and got once again, "our trainer was very sick". I said I could make the March class, but not the February class.
March came, and once again I reached out to them, with no response. They mentioned trainer availability and I said, "seriously, you didn't have enough people for the class, and you didn't want to go through with it", and they finally acknowledged that fact. They once again offered a web solution which I I declined, as the customer service up to his point, and the likelihood of them delivering a service was slim to none. I requested my money back. The representative said that he would put into accounting for my refund. That was March 9th.
I called the next week, and was told they have the refund in accounting. I was told it will take up to 22 days to get the refund, and that's in the terms and conditions. Here it is on 3/31, 22 days later, and they have yet to refund me the money. I have had to open up a dispute with PayPal, which is still up in the air. I had to pay instantly, but they get 22 days to credit my account???
