"WARNING. Just had a terrible experience with ICB Motorsports. Ordered a pair of 2002 NSX Tails. Fully processed and wanted it shipped to shop doing work. Amy called and said I need to jump through like 10 hoops with bank trying to put that address on to verify it ect. I said its fine just ship it to my billing address my house to avoid a weird hastle I have never had to deal with. I assume part has been shipped as I need it for project and 5 days later I get a call saying they need to verify my name.......long story short I sit on the phone line with them calling my bank for almost an hour and they talk to banker and confirm my bank and then tell me its been too many days to process money that was taken out of my account and that they have to have bank return funds to my account and then reprocess again in 1-3 days. Never had a problem like this ordering parts or car items before especially when it was shipped to my billing address and when i asked for an apology or slight discount because of the several hours of my time that was wasted I was told sorry cant help you do you want or not. Pretty terrible customer service experience. BE WARNED. "
