"Terrible customer experience. I purchased a laptop from this company. Upon receipt, I noticed immediately that that the AC adapter would not plug into the computer. I called the company and chatted with a very rude representative: Unless I sent photographic proof of the adapter sent, they could no nothing. So no only is this no-name disreputable company sloppy in its fulfillment it does very little to solve a problem that was purely its own fault. Instead, they treat you like a criminal. Just a awful experience. Will never buy from this company ever again, and be forewarned."

"I was pleased with the price of my purchase (a refurbished Logitech Quickcam: $15.00+$5.18 s&h), and recieved it earlier than expected. The camera was in good working order. Customer service however, presented a problem. I called asking them about a part (a small screw that sets the camera to its base, and acts as a slide) that was not shipped with the camera. The representative placed me on hold for a while, then told me he did not know if the screw came with the camera, and the person to ask was not at his desk. He put me on their voice mail and promised a call back. I left the message on the morning of Oct. 7, 2005. Today is Oct. 16, 2005, and I am still waiting for the call back. I guess they don't feel my question concerning a purchase I made at their site merits a reply."

"Excellent experience. Purchased 2 refurb Logitech Quickcam Pro4000. Description says included LCD stand, that's why I bought from this store. When I received it, it was missing. I immediately called, and they told me they are all out of stock of teh LCD clip. I spoke to Vitaly and he promised to send me teh clips when it comes in stock later that week. Needless to say, the clips arrived as promised. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone."

"I am very pleased with my first purchase from ICT.
I would definitely buy again if/when the opportunity presents itself.

The items I ordered arrived in record time(for UPS), packed excellently and were exactly what I ordered. Thanks ICT!

The items were in their own individual clam shells and unopened(still had sealing tape on them). If anything is wrong with the items, it would be the manufacturer's fault.
If they don't work as expected, ICT will keep me from having to deal with the manufacturer, which is usually a difficult process, because ICT has a "satisfaction guarantee". If I am not happy with my purchase for any reason, I have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit an RMA form to ICT. Of course the usual restrictions apply(no damaged, opened SW, clearance items, ...).

I placed an order for some new(bulk) NICs a little after 2PM on the East coast. Their cutoff for processing orders is 2PM so I did not expect the order to be processed until the next day. To my surprise, *they processed and shipped the same day*.

Also, my order was shipped for *free* !

That was the deciding factor in my order from them. It made the sale because the shipping charge was making the order cost higher than my budget would allow.
Initially there was a reasonable & fair shipping charge but after a day or two, when I checked back, after looking all over the net trying to get info about ICT, they advertised "Free FedEx Ground Shipping" for the items. That lowered the cost to within budget and I made the purchase.

I think that is a great feature at their site. I hope they keep offering it on selected items.


My only (admittedly picky) complaint is that they switched shipper/carrier to UPS. UPS is really bad around here - I am not sure I would have made the purchase at that time if I had known it was going to be shipped by UPS.
ICT should fix the sales ad to just say "Free Ground Delivery" and place a statement somewhere that they will use FedEx -or- UPS, at their discretion.

UPS delivered this box undamaged. But even if they had crushed, mangled and generally destroyed the outer container (as they do too often here), the items would probably still have been in perfect condition because they were *triple* packed. The NICs were inside of *anti-static* clamshells and all of them were in a sealed box and that box had been completely surrounded by peanuts. That's as good a packing job as one could expect for such a lightweight item!

I think these folks are, so far, a five star company.

"I ordered the Logitech WingMan Formula Force GP steering wheel USB. It says renewed, and for the cheap price and free shipping from pricewatch, this is a great deal, it works great.
