Well, recently, we ran out of ID cards. When I called the company that supplied them, I was surprised to hear that the number was disconnected. Later, I found that they downsized, or as they called it, "consolidated" and they lost all of our order numbers and info about our system and had no way of helping us.

I was at a loss. I had no idea what type of cards we needed or even what technology they were.
