Horrible Service - Not sure if my item even shipped!

I ordered an item from them over 12 days ago, and have yet to be notified it has been shipped or for that matter processed. I have E-mailed them three times to check the status of the order (at worst - it should take no longer than 3 business days to be shipped), I have also called them during business hours 4 times and have never gotten through."

"I ordered items (about $12) on Sept. 29. I was sent an email that it was shipped on October 1. Apparently that is a lie since as of October 10, I had not received the items even though I paid extra for expedited shipping.

I called them on October 7 and October 10 and was told both times that they couldn't track my order because their "system" was down. I have yet to receive a complaint I filed with them.

Last time I order from them even thought their product list looks nice. I encourage everyone else to stay away since they seem to be operating a scam shop."

"I am very disappointed in this store. I ordered my item on 5/14/09 and paid for Express (3-5 day) shipping. After 10 days (on May 24th) and they still hadn't shipped the item, I cancelled the order and purchased it elsewhere. They STILL shipped the item, but not until May 28th. Ridiculous. I received the item from the OTHER vendor before these guys even shipped it.
Now, I finally got a response to my cancellation today, May 29th telling me to just refuse the package and they would refund later. I wonder how long that will take. I am a very unsatisfied customer. Would not purchase from them again.

This is no longer the case. I made a second order on 1/7, the items have not been delivered, my credit card has been charged, their "mailbox is full", and the one time the phone was answered, I was transferred to someone in Tempe, AZ, who claims to know nothing about this company? Run - don't walk - away from this company"
