"I bought a product (oil) from them which was damaged when it came to the post company in my country. I never received the product, because it was damaged and returned to sender by the post handling office.
I tried to solve this issue with inkanaturals.com, and I must say it takes forever to get an answer, and when you get it, it is wrong. It seems they deliberately misunderstand what you write.
In my opinion, their customer service is really bad, and I don't recommend buying anything from them. Very unprofessional.

Edit: About two months after I wrote the above review, I was contacted by a new customer's contact at Inkanatural. He offered to send me a new bottle, and the matter was solved in a professional way. I would probably buy from them again.

"I bought some products from Inkanatural, and paid for them 48€. But I never received them. I contacted Inkanatural for information but they did not reply. I also made a claim through Paypal, buy they did not do anything either, as the period for claiming had already passed. I do not recommend to buy anything from INkanatural."
