"This vendor sold me a refurbished Technics turntable at a premium price. The automatic functions did not work properly. It took them several months to get it back to me, and that took a number of e-mails and the threat to dispute the charge on my card. The turntable I received back is not functioning in much the same way and the vendor is refusing to respond to my e-mails. Originally it was 'YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!'. Having received two turntables from them that look nice but do not work properly, I conclude that they simple acquire and clean vintage turntables and never really check them out or adjust/repair them to work properly. Supposedly they "did all necessary alignments and adjustments for the automatic features - and ran it through all functions for 3 days".

That combined with their lack of response AFTER having received payment leaves me feeling chagrined and ripped off."
