"I will quote verbatim the description of my purchase from Invado.com, an "Intel Pentium III 1000MHz-EB/133FSB FCPGA Retail Box" and I received an Intel PIII Tualatin. I didn't pay much attention to the package, I trusted this company to send what I ordered but when I opened it up it had a heat spreader on the chip which caused me to wonder. Upon closer examination of the box in fine print it said for a FCPGA2. Of course the chip won't work in my motherboard hence the reason why I ordered a coppermine chip. I contacted Invado by email since they had taken their web site down after I had ordered and after the second email I sent them I got a flat denial of any wrong doing and said there was no return on CPUs. I have sent them a copy of the comfirmation page that shows I ordered a coppermine and they still have ignored the other 3 of my emails. Their phone number leads to voice mail only and no one has called me back. I am disputing the charge they made to my credit card and needless to say they should not be trusted by anyone and I will never order from them again and I will also warn all my customers of the treatment I got. Stay away from them at all costs. A cheap price isn't worth what it will cost you in time and shipping and phone calls and who knows what all else before it's over. "
"Sent an open, broken motherboard and refused to take it back claiming I damaged it somehow, which is odd since it was not sealed when it arrived. Now fighting American Express for a chargeback."

Check out this link to the BBB, as obviously they don't resolve problems very well. I will say that I haven't had many problems with them in the past."
"Great people. I originally did not know where they were located, therefore I went ahead and got next day air. Later I realized they were down the road from me... They took the liberty to change my shipping from Next Day Air to Ground. I received it the next day for like 40 bucks cheaper... "
