"Phoned from AUSTRALIA talked to Reggie asked for supply of 3x COA WIN2KPRO gave credit card details over the phone. phoned back later that day Reggie gave me US postal tracking number as he sent thru my order that same day, i went on line and tracked over next few days till it was delivered.
All i can say is that i recieved great service from Reggie and my parcel arrived in OZ within 1 week, he even honored his shipping price which was quoted at $3US however ended arriving with a $17US stamp, he did mention that if i ordered again that he will have to put up the price on shipping, which is fair enough!! thanks again reggie

"I received an automated email confirming my order of a Windows 2000 Professional CD immediately after ordering via the Internet. However, after waiting 2, 3, 4 days later, my order said "Still Pending" on the website. After 1 week of waiting on "Still Pending", I called the company 3 different times asking for the status of my order. Each time I was told that I would receive a phone call back with someone who would be able to help me. Never got a call back, so I took the initiative, called THEM back and cancelled the order. Horrible customer service, obviously they have some terrible automated order problems, in general, this was just a terrible waste of my time. "Ordered WinXP Pro OEM Full Version from ION Tech. on Friday afternoon. (let me back up a minute -- I had previously ordered the same product from another company, and was then informed by my boss that it needed to be sent NEXT DAY AIR.
(*So I tried to contact that other company - which happens to be GLOBE2000 - for the entire day from 10:00a til 3:00p. No answers of the phone and no answers of email. So, I finally emailed them and said cancel my order and then I called ION.*)
I talked with Reggie who gave me a super price including NEXT DAY AIR -- and guaranteed if I ordered it by 4:00p it would ship that same day.

Asked for E-mail confirmation & tracking numbers when available. Didn't receive either. Rec'd order 9/5 (fast shipping). Only got the COA stickers, NO MANUALS. Also was charged $5.00 "S&H Cost of shipping from supplier"."
"I purchased an XP COA from Ion Technologies on the 6th of February. Unlike most, I ordered online. I have not received a notification of shipping and have not received any merchandise.
I sent an e-mail to the shipping department asking for info on my order...nothing back. I will call them on Monday but I beleive that they just took my money. Thanks Ion Tech!?"
"Just ordered Win XP COA sticker/key code from Ben, who said it will definately ship today. Order was $60 + $2 for a hardware 'grab-bag' to satisfy MS oem system reqrirements. (If I had a reseller # this $2 would be waived.) UPS was free per PriceWatch special, so I cannot complain. Ben will email UPS tracking most likely today. I had to offer my email address, so make sure you give it if you want confirmation. (*see tracking note later)
FYI- They do mostly software with some system integration. Seemed real nice & I had no problems with communication (spoke VERY GOOD American(English :-)... We'll see about delivery & UPS confirmation email. I'll update soon, but so far so good! - - -

Spoke to Ben today. Order did not ship yesterday like he thought, so he Shipped it today UPS 2nd Day for free. No complaints, as I'll get it a day earlier than expected (MN to Jax,FL).
*Their shipping is not presently computerized (like Newegg & Googlegear), so if you need confirmation, you do have to call to get tracking, etc.* In addition to reading me the long UPS#, Ben PATIENTLY read me out the COA# so I could activate the system sooner with MS. Good people to work with.

Got COA (& invoice) Monday 9:30am UPS 2day Blue- LETTER. I am quite happy with price, service & delivery. Somehow though, my 'grab-bag' of hardware disappeared in transit! Guess it wouldn't fit in the envelope ;-) I don't have a problem that I didn't get it (yet at least), but MS might. :) In my eyes, Ben fixed a problem in the way that would help me out the fastest.
I have no concerns or apprehensions in dealing with ION Tech in the future & will use them for software OS & Apps when needed.
