"Shipping costs misleading "

"IPD usually provide great products and have placed 3 orders with them. My last experience was disappointing as I had to wait months for an out of stock item which were wheel centre caps. I emailed them with an enquiry on a delivery date and they said the item was still out of stock. The very next day the shipment was on its way. Yay. My delivery was received with 1 small item missing, just a cheap plastic clip that I needed for the grill.
I advised them that it was missing but received no reply. I guess it is not worth the cost of postage to send such a small item. The more expensive items were fine except the mudflaps, the white paint pretty much just fell off, certainly not as good as the originals."

"I have owned multiple Volvos. I go to their site for guidance as I know they would not sell any OEM products that they would not put on their own vehicles. I checked multiple sites for comparable prices, but once you package and get over $150 for free shipping the choice was easy, IPD.

If I did not get over $150 then the pricing can become an issue.

I guess if you are saving $600 by doing your own brake job, then I should not be so price sensitive.
