Great inventory and prices

"It was a struggle to find a shop with good inventory. Looking on other retailers I could only buy a couple at a time and the prices were not very consistent. IP Phone Warehouse has almost every headset you could need and also predictable pricing and stock. Make sure to try to get a quote from a rep, they can shave a little bit off each unit if you're buying several."

Unwilling

"Recently converted to Ring Central at our company. This required purchasing IP paging adapters for our over head speakers. We were recommended to a specific brand, which was purchased through IP Phones Warehouse. Turns out this specific model doesn't work with Ring Central. This company makes one specific to Ring Central.
I had requested an RMA but we happen to be past the 30 day return policy.
IP Phone Warehouse was completely unwilling to take back unopened and unused devices for credit or exchange for the correct model which they stock. This was the first time using them and will be the last time. I could understand if the units were opened and used but there was no willingness to help a customer. In my opinion, use another supplier if you have the choice. Go with someone who cares about their customers.

Does not provide support, returns or exchanges! But sells faulty equipment

"I ordered a phone from IP Phone warehouse that did not work, all the time. It would intermittingly cut out and stop receiving calls. I attempted to contact support but was ignored. I shipped the phone back to the company and kept attempting to contact them. Finally, a week after they received the phone and repeated emails, a Scott replied to say they don't do returns or exchanges and then he demanded I pay for another shipping label to ship the phone back to me. This is beyond ridiculous you cannot sell faulty equipment, then expect the customer to pay to ship the phone all around the US! "

Horrible! Go Elsewhere!

"I ordered 2 phones and power supplies an at checkout was disappointed that for an order of nearly $500, they charged for shipping.
In this day of Amazon.com, buyers do not like paying for shipping. (At least not directly). Based on the low rating of my experience, IP Phone Warehouse cancelled my order without explanation. Adam, on the web site chat refused to even acknowledge my inquiry, and just disconnected the chat. My advise, go elsewhere, the price may be a bit more, but shipping will probably be included.
Just from the number of actual reviews, this organization appears to be a small, garage based distributor.

"Good prices, fast shipping, fast response on issues.
They also advertise tech support. Be aware it is $125/hr.
Also beware of their return policy: it is basically "if you open the box, it's yours".

Excellent Service and Support!

"IP3 is going on 20 years old in the telecom/data networking space and has worked with many a supply house vendor over the years. We find IP Phone Warehouse to be at the top of this list with best in class selection/pricing, customer service and ongoing support. The products are shipped quickly by very knowledgeable support staff and ongoing support of same is great!

We would highly recommend IP Phone Warehouse!

BUYER BEWARE, READ THE FINE PRINT AND TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK

"Amidst the Amazons and Costcos of this dispensation, here lies a company who will not, that's right, will not return a product once open for any reason. My reason: Google G-Suite & IP Phone Warehouse both says Polycomms work with their product and it doesn't (in any practical sense)!! You need a separate number for every phone as Google auto attendant does not work with desk phones (yet)!! So unless your business has 1 phone, you're going to have to have a separate phone number for EACH PHONE!! I told this to this IP Phone Warehouse and Scott and company from IP Phone Warehouse said they will not take back anyone of the multiple phones ordered despite telling me that the phone would work with Google G-Suite and would not forward the call to a manager. "

Terrible service with no commitment to their own policy

"Same as others have noted. Scott with Returns does not honor 30 day return policy despite having a product that doesn't work. Reported this to my bank and state AG to look into the matter. The reviews on their site are falsified with no way for you to leave a comment. I should have researched better. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Complete SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

"Sold me a phone that doesn't even work! THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! SCOTT the head of returns is a complete A** despite showing him proof the phone doesn't work he didn't accept it and the entire staff is rude. YOUR CUSTOMERS COME FIRST ALWAYS"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

"I purchased an office headset from this company on June 7th, 2018. I will say, the order process was smooth and I received the item in a timely fashion, but that is where the good experience ended. Upon opening the shipping box, I immediately noticed the headset box was not factory sealed as was mentioned on the website. I also noticed visible signs of wear on the headset and base, which also contradicted the website claim the item was brand new. The protective stickers which normally protect the surface of the components had been removed and stuck to the inside top of the package. After further inspection of the box contents, I noticed the AC power adapter was completely missing as well. At this point, I am not even able to test the device to determine if it even works properly due to the adapter being missing. With all that being said, I immediately filled out a return RMA request form. I also contacted Scott in customer service to make him aware of the issue. After a brief hold, he came back on the line and stated he would need to open an investigation. When I asked why this was necessary, he explained he would need to check the warehouse cameras in an effort to validate my claim, the item shipped was not the same, or as described on the company website. Now, I understand every company has processes to follow, but I have never been told something like this when attempting to return an item, especially a high value item. I was told the investigation could take as long as 3days to complete. When asked for a supervisors name and contact info, Scott told me he could not provide me contact info and would have someone return my call. That call has not been received as of yet. "
